The No. 4 Tigers shut out Florida State 4-0 on Sunday at the Yarbrough Tennis Center. "It was a great performance and I think our best match of the year . . . Lucas Steele was a bright spot in the Tigers' lineup last season, his first as a transfer from Samford. Steele started 44 games last season, 42 at designated hitter and two at catcher. In 46 games total, Steele hit .270 with nine home runs and 45 RBI . . . Auburn transfer wide receiver Horatio Fields, who was announced as a Mizzou signee on Jan. 8, has not arrived on campus, nor has he enrolled . . .
